Quick Installation

In some situations, it may be there you only have a short time frame in which to have your project completed.  Whilst this may rule out some surfacing solutions, tarmac is a great option in such instances, as it is possible to prepare and lay large areas of tarmac within a few days.  Dependant on the existing surface, it may even be possible to lay your new tarmac surface directly over it, saving time and money.

Durability

Whilst the process installing tarmac is relatively straightforward and quick, this doesn’t impact on its performance and lifespan.  Once the tarmac has fully cured, it offers a solid and durable surface that will last for many years.

Low Maintenance

Unlike some surfacing options, tarmac requires very little maintenance to keep it looking its best.  It may perhaps require a hose off once or twice a year, dependant on your location.  In addition, should the tarmac surface become scored or damaged, a new wearing course can be laid to the existing surface, without the need to install a new sub-base.

Great Aesthetics

Some homeowners are wary of tarmac, as they feel that too much of the same colour has a detrimental impact on the aesthetics of their property.  However, this doesn’t have to be the case.  Unlike some tarmac contractors, we offer the option of adding some detail to our tarmac installations through the incorporation of block paving, cobbles or setts as borders, rumble strips, decorative circles and other design features. Choosing the right materials to add these details to your tarmac driveway, car park or footpaths goes a long way to ensuring that your newly surfaced area compliments the exterior of your property.
