Although Yorkshire Pro-Paving Limited initially focussed on garden landscaping and surfacing works, we soon realised that there was shortage of groundworks contractors providing groundworks and civil engineering services on a domestic scale. Taking advantage of the gap in the market, we put together a small but experienced team of groundworkers focussed on delivering groundworks services, including:

- Muck shifts
- Drainage and attenuation tank installation
- Service and utility installation
- 278 works
- Substructures (raft, pad/strip footings, underpinning, form work & reinforcement)
- Blockwork up to DPC level
- Concrete floor slabs
- Retaining walls
